Costa Rica WOW

I'm sure that the blog fans are pumped for two reasons, one because I am finally putting a post up for my Costa Rica trip and two, I actually made it back to Michigan. Oh man did we have a blast though! Tara Magadanzparty did not let her name down. We hung out with some amazing people, saw a beautiful country and ate some yumma food. I would have to say the coolest part of the vacation was being with the Tiko's (people of Costa Rica) and actually living the culture for two weeks. We were only on our own for about 4 days out of the whole two weeks (that is why we actually made it back, we had a foster Ohana there. "Ohana means family and family means no one get's left behind or forgotten.")

Tara's friend Vanessa (who she went to college with) is such a cool person. She was so nice to us and her family was too. What sweet people, I just want to hug and kiss them so tight. We stayed at her (Vanessa's) apartment, which was lovely. I HEART the sink porch deck veranda! And her friend Ali took us on a threeve day road trip to La Fortuna where we saw a real volcano with real hot lava flowing down the side of it at night! We also saw a fabulous ginormous waterfall and sat in the hot springs that the volcano produces!!!! We went to several beaches and saw a ton of the Pacific countryside.
